My work puts me in a lot of interesting rooms.

I spend a probably unreasonable amount of time thinking about how organizations work, pre-job description and post-staff meeting. I’m looking at the things leaders accidentally teach their teams, the unofficial rules everyone knows, why smart founders make decisions that make absolutely no sense to their teams, stuff like that.

Every so often, something is too interesting not to write about.

Plus the mistakes that taught us all the most
and the fixes that made them worth it.
